We took a roadtrip this past weekend up to north Louisiana to see the Festival of Lights! We visited some hole in the wall restaurants and stayed at a hotel that was only 9 days old! That was cool! We had great donuts at Shipleys...and then Meat Pies at Lasyones...then we stayed at the Country Inn and Suites. The Fireworks were amazing! I was very impressed! It was a tad crowded but it was worth it. We stopped at Leas on the way home to try the ham sandwich my mom has been telling us about our whole lives:D It was pretty impressive! They also have awesome pies! Hope you enjoy the slideshow of our trip!

TEXAS OR BUST!
What could be better than a road trip with friends, good music, and a camera!!! We took a trip to go see a friend in TEXAS! I finally got to visit IKEA!!!! I LOVE THAT PLACE! If I could I would just pick every room in my house right out of their store! But then I would have no money to pay for the house! HA!

New Orleans
My friends and I often escape to New Orleans, Louisiana for a Saturday! It is only a two hour drive from where we live! There is much fun to be had in that great city. The river walk, cafe du monde!, and ripleys believe it or not is so much fun! Check out those places when you visit New Orleans!
